Amy is a herbalist, energy medicine educator & trauma-informed breathwork coach based in America.  

During this inspiring episode Amy shares her powerful renegade story of how she eventually learnt to tune into her body’s messages & the innate wisdom of Mother Earth to heal herself from the extreme pain that had left her bedridden. 

Despite a society that conditions us to give our power away, Amy explains that it is never too late to learn to trust your body & offers the powerful reminder to us all, that “You are NOT Broken”!
